Mountain Days and Mountain Scrambling

The mountains in Snowdonia are a beautiful place but don't let looks deceive you. Things can change very quickly and the weather here is often unpredictable; hundreds of people each year get caught out and mountain rescue has to be involved! Get the chance to experience these breathtaking surroundings with the help of one of our qualified mountain guides.

Why Bother With A Mountain Guide?

The mountains here are accessible to anybody but if you're not experienced in this wilderness terrain it's far safer to employ the help of a mountain guide. We can help you tackle routes that you wouldn't consider undertaknig on your own. It's important to put your safety first. Mountain guides also know a lot about the local area, the history and they can spot and identify all the various plants and animals you see along the way.

What Can We Climb?

The choice is yours! We tailor each trip individually. Before agreeing to meet we have a chat about what you would like out of the day and suggest suitable moutains and routes. We can climb Snowdon by one of its less frequented or more exciting paths. We can also guide you on classic mountain scrambles such as 'The North Ridge' of Tryfan or 'Crib Goch' on Snowdon. Need an introduction? We can take on the impressive Cnicht or do a loop roud Moel Siabod taking in the imposing 'Black Ridge'.
